I love to teach about meditation. I believe it is one of the most important tools  we have to feel more peace in our lives and heal our bodies.  

I like to think of it as cultivating our inner home.  When you meditate you get to develop a sense of what it feels like to have inner peace.  How calming it can feel when you mind is quiet.  

When you develop a sense of inner peace you can  use this as your compass.  

The tools in this course will help your develop your inner peace. 

There are 7 mini lectures with worksheets, plus 3 different meditation recordings to help you practice.
