In the first module, Inner Wisdom,  lessons are  short,  sweet, and powerful. Open one per day and let your inner wisdom flow. These are meant to build and cultivate your inner strength  as you shift your life to a healthier and happier you!

The second module, Well Nourished, contains the best tips regarding your digestive tract. We focus on the digestive tract because the foods you eat are the building blocks of your entire system and play an essential role in  how much energy you have and how well you feel. 

The third module, Adrenal Health, is all about the best tips and suggestions  to help you build your core energy. In Chinese medicine our core energy comes from the KIDNEY organ system. The kidneys encompass the adrenal health in western medicine plus much more. When we are tired it is essential we focus on the adrenal health so that we rebuild the body from the foundation.

The forth module, The Cleanse is a 14 day program for clean eating. What we eat plays an essential role in how well we feel. I have created a system that will help you eliminate the foods that often have people feeling sluggish.

Once you start shifting the foods you eat you will be amazing at how well you will feel.

If you are want to start with the cleanse go ahead and jump right on in, it has everything you need. Begin by reading the introduction and then work you way to the shopping list and menu.

You can jump into the other modules and take it day by day, easy to go through in simple steps or if you want to jump in an inhale it all it there for you too.
