The kidneys encompass the adrenal health in western medicine plus much more. When we are tired it is essential we focus on the adrenal health so that we rebuild the body from the foundation.
The forth module, The Cleanse is a 14 day program for clean eating. What we eat plays an essential role in how well we feel. I have created a system that will help you eliminate the foods that often have people feeling sluggish.
Once you start shifting the foods you eat you will be amazing at how well you will feel.
